5 Reasons why I love Changi Airport

Singapore Changi Airport is simply an extraordinary Airport! I love how this airport is more than just an airport. It's clean (super clean in fact), spacious, beautiful in Its architecture and Interior design, very organized, also It has many places to eat and to shop.

For the 4th visit to Singapore, Changi has always been amazed me. 
Ok, so It's not going to be a complete guide for you about Changi Airport, this writing is just about my adoration and my excitement when I was visiting Changi Airport. So let's check it out why I love it, maybe you have the same reasons as I do ;)

1. Luxurious Ambiance

When I stepped inside Changi Airport from the aircraft, I always feels like I stepped into a luxurious hotel! The ambiance was so calm and peaceful (okay, It's also because my arrival was at 01.00 AM at that time XD).

Everywhere I walked at the arrival hall at that time, I see many enthralling stores just like in big malls, selling branded watches, perfumes, cosmetics, bags, etc.
I also saw few Airport officer drove golf car-like around because It would be so tiring to go around with walking since the airport is so spacious. 

It felt like I was in a lobby of a five stars hotel indeed.

2. Beautiful Spot to Sit

I don't know since when Changi has this beautiful corner to sit at their terminal 2. This corner is called Enchanted Garden and It's really pretty. It's like a fairy world/forest-like with the colorful huge-glow flowers made by -I don't know maybe- vinyl material covered up with mosaic ceramic and artificial flower added inside.

The floor installed some tiny light spot on Its wood floor and It gives like a glittery effect when you walk. Also the seats were just too beautiful, It's like raising up from the ground like root or something and popped up as a seat, cute :D

There's also a mini pond with Koi fishes inside.

Now people could enjoy to sit around or taking photos at this place while they're exploring Changi Airport.
I heard that there's another garden spot like this named Cactus Garden, Butterfly Garden, Orchid Garden, and Sunflower Garden. Wanna go there on my next visit :D

  3. Beautiful Architecture

Look at this very beautiful ceiling at terminal 3!! It was a magnificent second-skin ceiling that portrays a high technology and aesthetic side of an Airport.  For an architecture madness like me, this brings me captivity and wow-ness. 
This is proving that Changi Airport is amongst the best Airport in the world.

The MRT in the airport also has a high tech design.

I post also a Kinetic Rain, a beautiful moving sculpture installed at ceiling. I captured this on my early visit to Changi and now this pretty installation is gone because someone's rudely destroy it. 
I don't really know the motives behind her action but now we couldn't see Kinetic Rain anymore unless there's any plan from the airport to restore it :(

4. Places to Eat & Places to Shop

You don't need to worry if you're hungry and want to eat something at Changi. There are plenty cafes and restaurants there. You can also find 24 hours coffee shops and restaurants.
One of my favorite is Paris Baguette Cafe. It has a beautiful Interior and of course because they sell the most famous Royal Pudding, yumm.

It's too bad we couldn't exploring more the place to eat at Changi because we arrived at 01.00 AM.

Changi Airport is truly a shopping heaven. There are soo many shops with so many brand to choose, from cosmetics, bags, watches, gadgets, candy shops, and so on. Also, there's an interesting discount and promotions that is so irresistible. Shortly, you can find everything you need at Changi just like you go to department store or something.

PS: you don't want to miss the duty-free shop also.

5. Super Clean Super Convenient
Changi Airport offers some convenient facilities and those are very helpful for me. Like the ATM machines which are so numerous, computers with Internet facility, wi-fi, and a Drink Water Fountain which I love the most.

You can fill your bottle and drink as much as you want. Also, the water is cold and nice! 
This drink water is provided in many corners at Changi ,you will never get thirsty again. So make sure you always carry your empty bottle ;)

Besides the super convenient facilities, Changi Airport is super clean too. You couldn't see any dirt or unmaintained corner there. Each corner is just clean and well maintained. Including the bathrooms.

Well, that's all my review about why I love this incredible Airport. Besides each corner and features I mention at Changi Airport, there's still a lot of place and facilities I haven't visited like Sunflower garden, Butterfly garden, theater to watch free movie, lounge to take a nap, entertainment deck, Kid's play zone, and so on. 
I couldn't mention it all because It's impossible to highlight them all.

You have to go there by yourself and explore around ;)
